Iwaarden realized the replica of the Oranjezaal. An ultimate assignment in which we merge classic craftsmanship and digital printing technology in 900m2 of wallcoverings and ceiling decorations.
Huygens exhibition
The replica of the Oranjezaal in Huis ten Bosch is the highlight of the special exhibition ‘A Golden Heritage” in which the work and life of Constantijn Huygens are central. This exhibition could be admired from 25th April to 28th August 2013 in the Grote Kerk in The Hague.
Combination of classic craftmanship and modern technology
Commissioned by XPEX , Iwaarden realized this true-to-life replica of the Oranjezaal. It was a great challenge to combine our modern digital printing techniques and classic craft to realize these works of the old masters.
