On the walls of the Westfriesgasthuis you can see wall decorations designed by visual artist Aam Solleveld. Iwaarden realized the wallcovering in an eco-friendly PVC-free seamless wallpaper. The images create an attractive interior, making a stay perhaps a bit more pleasant.
Green Healthcare
The Westfriesgasthuis follows the policy of the WHO and will reduce the use of PVC, which contains harmful plasticizers. The incubator- and pediatric departments are even almost PVC-free and the wall decorations no longer contain any PVC at all.
