Exhibition Walid Raad, Stedelijk Museum
From 18 May to 13 October 2019, the Stedelijk Museum presents a solo exhibition by artist Walid Raad. A number of decorated walls and panels are part of the exhibition. Iwaarden prepared them and provided them with wallpaper and printing. Down to the smallest details: from preparatory work, printing that matches the colours of the artworks, to gluing of the decorations on panels and walls. Our experience with artists and exhibition stand builders ensured a result that fully met the requirements and the expectations of the Stedelijk Museum.

In the exhibition ‘Let’s be honest, the weather helped’, the Lebanese-American Walid Raad shows his sharp, critical, engaged and often witty vision of the complexities of the Lebanese wars and of recent developments in the art world of the Middle East.
