Complete rebranding for Hairstudio Rayzers
How finding a solution for visibility at the sinks of a hair studio led to a complete rebranding.
Hairstudio Rayzers is located in Amsterdam, in shopping center Brazilië. The sinks in the salon are positioned directly in front of the windows in the passage. Customers had too little privacy at the sinks: anyone passing by, could easily look inside. The request was to apply frosted glass film to the windows to avoid visibility. A functional and practical solution.
Identity converted into creative design
Not only the privacy had to be tackled, the appearance of the salon also needed an upgrade. An appearance that fits the vision and appeals to the right target audience. This goes beyond just signage. It’s about unity and consistency.
To tell the story of Hairstudio Rayzers, we investigated the identity. We asked Raymond van der Steen, owner of Hairstudio Rayzers, questions about the company’s vision, style preferences and the target group. He carefully designed the salon’s interior a couple of years ago. For Iwaarden, this was a great opportunity: using the existing interior as a basis for the new look and feel. Consistency? Of course!
Our design team started to work on a creative design based on the identity of Hairstudio Rayzers. This resulted into a new logo, a matching corporate identity and a sleek signing.
