Just before the start of the Eurovision Song Contest, the Annie M.G. Schmidtplein in Rotterdam opened the artwork 'The Splash'. It is an interactive meeting place in the form of a swimming pool that is an iconic eye-catcher for the neighborhood due to its spectacular design. The project is a collaboration between Arttenders and artist Cindy Bakker. Iwaarden provided the blue bottom of the swimming pool, a floor painting of 300 m2.
